SERVICES

Freelance translations of Indonesian and Javanese source texts into US English.

QUALIFICATIONS

I am an academically trained translator of Indonesian into English with years of business experience. My graduate degree in Indonesian language and literature allows me not only a greater depth of understanding of Indonesian and Javanese language materials, but allows me some insight on their cultural contexts and subtexts. Documents are not produced in a cultural vacuum, and it is this understanding that positions me as the best in my field.

My recent projects have included the development of specialized glossaries for the fields of petroleum/natural gas extraction, and international finance. Please feel free to contact me regarding the licensed use of these products.
